We walk the space with you, measure, look at what's behind the access panels and in the furnace room, and talk through how you want to use it and what you want to spend.

Layout, selections and an itemized quote
A drawn layout, a finish list you've actually seen in person, and a fixed, itemized price with a realistic schedule. Nothing gets ordered until you sign off.

Permits, protection and the build
We pull the permits, protect floors and seal off dust, then sequence the trades so inspections happen on time and work never stalls waiting on the next crew.

Handover
Walkthrough & written warranty
We go room by room with you, fix anything on the list, hand over the closed permits, manuals and your written warranty, and stay a phone call away.
