Ryan's project · Kitchen
White shaker kitchen with a teal island
White shaker cabinets to the ceiling, a teal island with seating for four, brass accents and a large-format marble-look porcelain floor.
The project
Bright, warm and full of character.
White shaker cabinets run up to the bulkheads on every wall, with tall pantry units beside the fridge and around the range. A deep teal island with a white quartz top seats four along one side, under a pair of ribbed-glass pendants with brass fittings.
Brass shows up again in the cabinet pulls and the faucet, and an open shelf of natural wood breaks up the upper cabinets above the sink. A rough-hewn timber column stands at the end of the island, and a large-format porcelain floor with a marble look carries through the whole room under a ceiling of pot lights.
